Strong winds knock down traffic signs and increase water levels in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg has been having a thaw accompanied by strong winds. They have knocked down several traffic signs (at the Volodarsky Bridge and Makarov embankment).
In addition, the water level in the Neva River has risen by 15 centimeters. The gauge at the Mining Institute shows that it has reached 96cm. However, the city is not at risk of flooding and there is no need to close the dam.
