A panoramic roof of a multi-use center in Vyborg, the Leningrad region, collapsed after a chunk of ice fell on it from a nearby building. According to TASS, the incident affected employees of the organization, but there was no hospital admission.

The collapse occurred on Friday evening, February 8. Now, the multi-use center accepts clients at a different location — multi-use center for business on Dimitrova street.
According to Fontanka, the affected employees said that the collapsed roof had been leaking during the rains for a long time and did not provide adequate protection from the cold. At the same time, it was hard to remove snow from the roof, as it was covered with a construction net.
