US President Donald Trump said the US Coast Guard, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and other countries were willing to help those in need. People are being evacuated to the unaffected areas of the Bahamas.
Trump also suggested that cruise ship owners should provide shelter to people whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Dorian.
