Have you ever seen dancing spiders?

The peacock spider was originally named Salticus volans in 1874 by English zoologist Octavius Pickard-Cambridge, but the first detailed description was made only in 1991 by Polish arachnologist Marek Zabka, who noted that «it is difficult to describe adequately the great beauty of the coloring of this spider.»
To attract a female, the male vibrates his abdomen while waving raised legs and tail, and dances from side to side.
