Season’s first thunderstorm recorded in Moscow

Yesterday Moscow was affected by a weather front, and the VDNKh weather station recorded this season’s first thunderstorm at 6 p.m.

Thunderstorms were also observed in Sheremetyevo, Odintsovo, Vnukovo, Mikhailovskoe, and Serpukhov.

The unstable, warm weather with showers and thunderstorms will continue for two more days. They could bring more than half a month’s worth of precipitation.
